Your initial consultation lasts around 60 minutes, and includes a detailed assessment of your condition, medical history and goals. We will explain your diagnosis and recommend a bespoke treatment plan.
You may also receive some initial treatment during this session. Please wear appropriate clothing such as shorts for lower-body injuries or a vest/loose top for upper-body assessment.
